Chor Leoni Men’s Choir is overjoyed to return to live performance with Breathe in Hope, the ensemble’s 30th annual Remembrance Day concerts.

The performances are Chor Leoni’s first since the onset of the pandemic, taking place at the spectacularly renovated, light-filled St. Andrew’s-Wesley United church—the Juno-nominated choir’s new home.

The concerts are on November 10 at 7:30 pm and November 11 at 2 pm and 7:30 pm.

Breathe in Hope offers songs full of beauty and consolation to all who have experienced loss. The emotion-packed program features six world premieres and includes new works by the choir’s composer in residence Don Macdonald, Katerina Gimon, Ken Cormier, Marques L.A. Garrett, Melissa Dunphy, and Shruthi Rajasekar.

Singing for Remembrance Day is Chor Leoni’s most beloved and longest-lasting tradition.

Breathe in Hope offers an opportunity to reflect, remember, and commemorate Remembrance Day in togetherness.

Tickets, from $20, and more details are at chorleoni.org.
