Elektra Women’s Choir, under the helm of artistic director Morna Edmundson, welcomes Bruce Hoffman as its new marketing director.

Hoffman brings 30 years of arts-focused marketing experience to the role, which he previously held from 2004 to 2012. He is embedded in the choral community as a long-time member of both Chor Leoni and the Christ Church Cathedral Choir, and is passionate about telling the story of how choral music changes lives.

“It’s exciting to be working with Elektra and Morna once again,” says Hoffman in a release. “I’ve admired Elektra for many years and love their sound and what they stand for. I’m so looking forward to once again telling Elektra’s story to as wide an audience as possible.”

Elektra Women’s Choir’s next performance is At the Spring Dawn on March 10 at 3 pm at Pacific Spirit United Church. The concert features works by women composers to mark International Women’s Day. Tickets are available at elektra.ca.
