Jazz at the Bolt, now in its fourth year, is a Burnaby-based music festival that celebrates diversity, community, and jazz music. Shadbolt Centre for the Arts hosts the annual event on February 17 and 18 from 11:30 am to 9:15 pm each day.

Through his many jazz endeavours, festival founder Cory Weeds has fostered relationships with musicians from all over the world, specifically New York City. This year’s festival features several musicians from the Big Apple alongside emerging and veteran artists from Houston, Phoenix, Toronto, and Vancouver. Weeds is also partnering with Tim Reinert again this year, who brings diverse programming to the festival with his brand Infidels Jazz.

With multiple stages to choose from, music lovers can enjoy the wide variety of tunes on offer, as well as spend time in a welcoming artistic community.

Tickets are available at Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, and more details are here.
