Shadbolt Centre for the Arts showcases performances of The Spinsters from November 16 to 18, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm each night with an additional 2 pm to 3:30 pm show on November 18.

Step into a wickedly enchanting world where Cinderella’s stepsisters host a ball like no other at the palace. The Spinsters invites audiences into disruptive dark adult comedy, reimagining the lives of infamous fairytale characters.

A show full of scandalous rules and unveiled secrets is expected, served with a captivating blend of elegance, romance, and juicy gossip. Viewers get to discern whether the stepsisters are vapid, vindictive, or perhaps even victims.

The Spinsters, recommended for viewers age 14 and up, is replete with mesmerizing movement, magical dresses, and stunning shadow puppetry from innovative Western Canadian designers and creators. The production is created by Small Matters Productions.
