Vines Art Festival will be putting on their Artist Care Fundraiser at Mount Pleasant’s iconic Heritage Hall on May 11 at 6:30 pm.

Guests are invited to visit together for a night of delicious food, an enticing silent auction, and live performances. The event will feature musical talents Missy D, Kimmortal, ebonEmpress, and Jreme.

Queer non-binary filipinx artist Kimmortal’s work combines their passion for hip hop, visual art, theatre, spoken word, ancestral wisdom, and liberation.

All proceeds from the night will go to the Vines Artist Survival & Healing Fund, which directly supports the artistic communities that need it most. Donations raised will be allocated for a variety of reasons, including healing and wellness practices, culturally relevant training, accessing supplies and tools, and time sensitive emergencies.

Those who can’t make it are encouraged to support the event by sharing this post, inviting others to join in, or simply making a donation.

More information can be found at Vines Art Festival, and tickets to the fundraiser—priced on a sliding scale—are available here.
