New Works continues its NWXR offerings with the Short Circuit Series from March 15 to 17, featuring workshops, panel conversations, and a community mixer for artists and audiences exploring movement and dance in extended reality (XR) spaces.

NWXR, now in its third season of supporting movement artists exploring their practices in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and extended reality (XR), continues through New Works’ 30th-anniversary season with an exciting mix of programs and opportunities.

The Short Circuit Series is a weekend of events for dance artists and audiences to connect, converse, and collaborate around all things XR and dance. Participants of all abilities are invited to extend their realities, whether they are experienced in XR or just learning. Each event is free to attend, and advanced sign-up is required to reserve a spot.
