Metro Theatre is getting into the holiday spirit early this year with Nuncrackers, the hilarious sequel to the beloved musical comedy Nunsense.

Running October 23 to November 14, and directed by Jennifer Suratos, this festive production reunites the Little Sisters of Hoboken for a Christmas celebration that doesn’t go quite according to plan.

The sisters are back—and this time, they’re putting on their very own cable-access Christmas special. Broadcasting from the basement of Mount Saint Helen’s School, the nuns have planned an evening of festive entertainment. But when things inevitably begin to go off the rails, the sisters do what they do best: improvise, persevere, and turn the chaos into a show of its own.

Filled with spirited musical numbers, tap-dancing nuns, irreverent humour, and plenty of Christmas mischief, Nuncrackers brings the signature comedy of the Nunsense series to the holiday season.
