The perfect blend of local art, fine wine, and vibrant mountain culture is in store throughout Whistler this fall. Set against a backdrop of golden foliage with crisp autumn air, the sensory journey is both sophisticated and laid-back—perfect for a romantic night out or a fun gathering with friends.
Taking place on October 3, 10, 17, and 24, the Whistler Wine Walks invite guests to stroll through art galleries after hours, sipping wine while sampling hors d’oeuvres and enjoying live music. This curated experience spotlights B.C.’s flourishing wine scene with tastings from several local makers, proving that fall in Whistler provides more than just beautiful scenery. It’s truly a season of inspiration, complete with art galleries, performances, and cultural events.
This year’s Whistler Wine Walks will be held on select Friday evenings at the Adele Campbell Gallery, Whistler Contemporary Gallery, Mountain Galleries, Plaza Galleries, and Audain Art Museum. There will be opportunities to meet artists and learn about their work.

Each walk will culminate at the Audain Art Museum with an immersive black-light experience and a curatorial talk exploring Geoffrey Farmer: Phantom Scripts, a captivating exhibition that features three works from the museum’s permanent collection. Internationally recognized multidisciplinary artist Geoffrey Farmer reimagines these works through newly composed scripts, annotations, and didactic texts which offer guests insight into the evolution of these works as well as his artistic practice almost a decade after their completion.
Fall in Whistler provides visitors with the chance to slow down and experience nature, creativity, and community. The Go Whistler Tours app is a great way to deepen a cultural visit to the resort, as it provides guests with a selection of self-guided tours. Choices range from the all-new Audain Art Museum Permanent Collection Tour to Whistler’s Cultural Connector, which carves a pathway between six cultural institutions.
Great deals on accommodation are available in autumn; guests who book a stay for three or more nights will receive a free $100 Whistler Dining Voucher, redeemable at more than 70 restaurants. Dining specials offer prix-fixe menus, which are a great way for visitors and locals alike to sample multi-course meals at a variety of top-quality establishments. Advance reservations are recommended as popular restaurants book out quickly.
