Canadian singers Julian Taylor and Logan Staats, who are both of Mohawk ancestry, will join forces for a concert at BlueShore at CapU on November 27 at 7:30 pm.

With captivating stage presence, Taylor delivers a unique blend of blues, roots, and folk music that has earned him nominations for four Juno Awards (including 2025 Roots Album of the Year with Pathways) and for a prestigious Polaris Music Prize.

Staats has opened for Mumford & Sons, Eric Clapton, and Steve Earle. His electrifying 2023 release, A Light in the Attic, earned a Juno nomination and a Native American Music Award, and the album’s debut single “The Lucky Ones” hit No. 1 in Canada.

On social media, Taylor shared his excitement about the show: “I’m humbled and honoured to hit the road again with my soul brother.…we’ve shared so many beautiful moments and become so close.”

The special guest for this show is Joe Abbott.
