East Vancouver breweries exhibit local artworks at the Art! Bike! Beer! Crawl, July 24

Create! Arts Festival (July 23 and 24) presents the Art! Bike! Beer! Crawl fundraiser on July 24 from 1 to 5 pm
IT’S A PERFECT pairing: works by local artists will be on display at a number of East Vancouver breweries for Create! Arts Festival’s seventh annual Art! Bike! Beer! Crawl fundraiser.
It’s all to connect artists, arts lovers, and beer fans while supportingd Eastside Arts Society.

Here’s how it works: Attendees spend the afternoon biking or walking to three of nine participating breweries for a pint or flight of beer before making their way to a wrap party at Strange Fellows Brewing. There, they get to take in more art and more beer, plus a chance to win door prizes.
Eastside artists Taka Sudo and Megan Majewski will be showing at Strathcona Beer Company. Also participating are Bomber Brewing, Callister Brewing, East Van Brewing, Luppolo Brewing, Off the Rail Brewing, Parallel 49 Brewing, Storm Brewing, and Superflux Brewing.
At Strange Fellows, there will be sushi from East Van’s iconic Fujiya as well as pizza from Pizza Garden.

Door prizes are on offer from Bowen Island eBikes, Flourist Bakery (a pasta-making class), The Cultch, Ollie Quinn, East Van Jams, Blueprint, Mobi by Shaw Go, Race Face, and Licker Geospatial.
