Vetta Chamber Music presents its fourth concert of the season, A Look to the Future, from March 6 to 9.
This concert features Vetta’s Mentorship Orchestra, which unites rising talent with seasoned chamber players, ensuring the vitality and growth of chamber music for years to come. The organization is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a new commission by Dorothy Chang, in this brief moment together, that sets the stage for the next generation to shine. It will share a program with John Rutter’s Suite for String Orchestra, Jocelyn Morlock’s Solace for String Orchestra, and Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings in C major.
Performances will take place at West Point Grey United Church on March 6 at 2 pm, West Vancouver United Church on March 7 at 7:30 pm, Pyatt Hall on March 8 at 2 pm, and ArtSpring on Salt Spring Island on March 9 at 2:30 pm.
