Ballet BC presents MOMENTUM on June 4 at the Rocky Mountaineer Train Station

HOLLYWOOD STAR and inspired potter Seth Rogen has donated one of his textural ceramic vases to Ballet BC’s fast-approaching MOMENTUM Gala.

Only 200 tickets will be available to win the one-of-a-kind piece in a limited draw.

MOMENTUM marks Ballet BC’s 35th anniversary with the event that supports the next chapter of the company’s growth; Ballet BC is preparing to move into its own dedicated building on Granville Island, the renovated former quarters of Arts Umbrella (which has moved to a bigger facility nearby). In 2020, the company came under new leadership, with Medhi Walerski, an alumnus of the Paris Opera Ballet and Nederlands Danse Theater, taking the role of artistic director.

MOMENTUM, hosted by media personalities Fred Lee and Tamara Taggart, The arts-focused evening will feature all-new live performances by Ballet BC company artists, alongside cuisine, cocktails, and a few surprises.

At the auction, guests will have the chance to bid on items such as a week’s stay in a stunning private home in Todos Santos, Mexico; a Holt Renfrew shopping spree, and original photography prints by artist Marcus Eriksson.
