Indian Summer Festival presents the first annual BC Gin Festival at the Roundhouse Exhibition Hall on September 6
INDIAN SUMMER FESTIVAL has announced a new fundraising initiative that will appeal to spirits lovers: the first annual BC Gin Festival, taking place on September 6 at the Roundhouse Exhibition Hall.
The fest features unlimited tastings of more than 46 gins, and counting, from B.C.’s top distilleries as well as international imports.
The Juniper Exclusive Tasting Event is a limited admission experience, offering the chance to sample rare, hard-to-find gins, led by local award-winning bartender Amber Bruce.
There will be a silent auction that includes a mega gin bouquet with more than 100 bottles of gin. The evening also features food and live entertainment.
Proceeds from the festival go directly to Indian Summer Festival and support its mandate to showcase the richness and diversity of South Asian arts.
The Juniper Exclusive Tasting Event takes place from 5 to 6:30 pm and gives attendees a head start on the general tastings, which happen at 6:30 pm and 9 pm.
Tickets for the Juniper Exclusive Tasting Event are $150 plus applicable fees; the First and Second Tastings each go for $65 plus applicable fees.
The 14th annual Indian Summer Festival takes place from July 4 to 14. ![]()
