Goh Ballet’s The Nutcracker presented by RBC returns to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre with a sparkling new approach from December 18 to 21. This lavish production is a seasonal favourite for families across the Lower Mainland and beyond, with its breathtaking choreography, regal costumes, and enchanting music.

Clara’s dream comes to life as she embarks on a magical journey through the Land of Snow and across the Lemonade Sea to the Kingdom of Sweets, where she is greeted by the enchanting Sugar Plum Fairy. An unforgettable adventure awaits as her gallant Nutcracker Prince battles the evil Mouse King and his army of mischievous mice.

Now in its 15th year, Goh Ballet’s The Nutcracker brings together more than 250 performers, ranging in age from six to 77, for a vibrant celebration of artistry and community. Members of the Vancouver Opera Orchestra will perform the iconic Tchaikovsky score live, led by maestro Leslie Dala.
